Online Order Shipping Policy

All online orders will be shipped via either UPS or LTL carrier.  Shipping and handling charges will be added to your online order. Once your online order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

Orders placed on our site will ship in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.  Exceptions include holidays, MJS Packaging’s annual physical inventory period, inclement weather or extreme volume.

Please note the following:

  • Freight Prepaid: most online orders ship via UPS ground with shipping and handling added to the order total.  You will see all prepaid UPS charges before you submit your online order.

  • LTL Shipments: Standard rates for LTL shipments for online orders are for delivery to businesses only. Customer is responsible for unloading the truck.  If you have indicated this delivery is to a residence, additional LTL charges will be applied to your order. If you require any other special LTL delivery requirements (liftgate, scheduled appointments, limited access, etc.) please contact us before submitting your online order at customerservice@mjspackaging.com or 800.915.2262.

  • International Shipments: at this time, we can only accept online orders for shipments within the U.S.  If you are interested in placing an order for an international shipment, please call us at 800.915.2262.

Handling Fee

If orders are less than $100 (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling), customers will pay a $10 handling fee.
