Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Have a valid email address

Employees, officers, and directors of MJS Packaging, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on the third Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. ET (when each episode launches) and ends on the last Friday of each month at 4:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Identify the designated keyword mentioned in the episode.
  2. Submit the keyword through the official entry form located at www.mjspackaging.com/podcast-giveaway

Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway Period.

Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries submitted by bots will be disqualified. MJS Packaging is not responsible for technical issues, including website outages, internet failures, incomplete submissions, or human error that may affect entry processing.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Pack It Like It’s Hot Prize Pack, valued at $60:

  • A $50 Amazon gift card
  • A Pack It Like It’s Hot Podcast Coffee Mug

The prize:

  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • May not be substituted except at MJS Packaging’s discretion
  • Is subject to availability

MJS Packaging reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MJS Packaging within 5 business days after the Giveaway Period ends.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via:

  • Email
  • If no answer, MJS Packaging may contact the winner by phone.

A public announcement will also go out on MJS Packaging’s official social media pages once the winner accepts.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the selected winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree to allow MJS Packaging to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

MJS Packaging reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion
  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules
  • Verify eligibility before awarding a prize

MJS Packaging is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • Technical malfunctions of any kind
  • Platform outages or interruptions

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless MJS Packaging, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.

Information collected from participants is subject to MJS Packaging’s privacy policy.

Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
