What is your minimum online order?

We do not require a minimum order.  However, if your order is below $100 pre-tax and shipping, we will charge a $10 small order handling fee.  All containers (with a few exceptions) are sold by the complete case.  All closures, pumps and sprayers can be purchased in any quantity.

What forms of payment do you accept for online orders?

All online orders must be placed with a valid credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  

Why do you charge sales tax in only certain states?

MJS Packaging is legally obligated to collect taxes on all shipments to Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

What if I qualify for tax-exempt purchases?

What is the difference between the availability options?

Items that are stocked in our Livonia, MI warehouse are considered stock items.  Production stock items are readily available from our manufacturing partners, while items labeled call for availability may have slightly longer lead times.  Please contact us at customerservice@mjspackaging.com or 800.915.2262 with any questions on availability.

Can I get samples before I place my online order?

How do I know if my product is compatible with a container or closure?

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for testing the compatibility and capacity of their products with the items sold by MJS Packaging.  Please contact us at customerservice@mjspackaging.com or 800.915.2262 with any questions or to request a sample.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on our site will ship in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.  Please visit our Shipping Policy page [link] for complete details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.  You can track your package with this information.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all online orders from Livonia, MI.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

We only offer this service for items that are called in to our office.  If you prefer to pick up your items, please contact us at 800.915.2262.

Why are only some items on your site available to be purchased online?

Currently, we are only offering stocked items in our Livonia, MI items for online purchase.  

How can I cancel my online order?

To cancel your order, please contact our office at 800.915.2262 between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.  Please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order.
