Tracey credits the quality of people at MJS Packaging with making the company so special. She says that “we are a company that wants to be appreciated by our employees as well as our customers.”
She started out at MJS Packaging as a Customer Service Representative back in early 2017. Her willingness to dive into new customer inquiries and showcase our offerings helped set her apart. In April 2022 Tracey was promoted to her current role as New Business Coordinator. “I like helping people get in the right package the first time and lead them in the right direction.”
BLOSSOMING IN NEW BUSINESS
It’s no secret that Tracey is making an impact as New Business Coordinator. She adeptly tackles customer inquiries that come in through our website. She qualifies new business requests quickly so that we can start working on packaging projects for our customers as soon as possible.
“As the New Business Coordinator, I get to interact with everyone at MJS Packaging and I love getting to learn about new companies and how we can help them.” Tracey takes time to listen and understand each customer’s needs so we can deliver a complete packaging solution and customized experience for them.
CAREFUL CULTIVATION
In her time with MJS Packaging, Tracey has learned how important it is to recognize the specific needs of each customer’s project. Understanding how a package will best support product integrity and user experience is an important element of product success in the marketplace.
The details matter… down to the cap and liner that seals the product within the container. “My time working in the packaging industry has taught me the proper liner can make all the difference in the shelf life and stability of a package.”
ADMIRING THE BEAUTY
Tracey’s specialty is working with customers in the Food & Beverage and Spirits industries. She takes great pride in seeing the end results of her hard work have tangible results for our customers. “It’s exhilarating to see a customer’s packaging we helped produce on a shelf in the store!”
Thanks to the positive work life balance that is supported at MJS Packaging, Tracey can work on exciting professional challenges and still spend meaningful time with her family. Tracey loves going to Broadway shows and loves all things Disney. In fact, while visiting Anaheim for a packaging trade show earlier this year, Tracey got to enjoy Disneyland for the very first time!
NURTURING HER ENVIRONMENT
Agile response and optimal delivery are key, and Tracey has demonstrated she is quick to find solutions and make adjustments for customers when unexpected hurdles arise. Improving on how we serve our customers and the offerings we have available is front of mind for Tracey, as she continuously looks for ways MJS Packaging can grow.
