Career Background
Greg began his career in Sales after college and was looking for a change of pace when he discovered MJS Packaging. What stood out immediately were MJS Packaging’s values and culture. He was impressed by “their commitment to employees, their community involvement and everything they stood for.” That alignment has now grown into 18 years with MJS Packaging. Greg started as an Account Executive and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2024.
Role at MJS Packaging
In his current role, Greg works collaboratively with customers to solve challenges and create value through long-term partnerships. He supports customers across Personal Care, Household & Industrial Chemical and Life Sciences industries, among others, often working across a wide range of packaging formats.
To say that Greg has a wealth of experience in packaging is an understatement. He has a plethora of knowledge and hands-on experience. Greg has served as a mentor to new Sales team members, generously sharing his experience and helping newcomers learn the ropes. He is unselfish in sharing his time and wisdom to support the evolvement of our team.

Greg shares, “I like working with a variety of customers in different industries.” As a true people person, Greg’s approachable demeanor aligns naturally with MJS Packaging’s open-door culture. His consultative excellence allows him to openly explore packaging possibilities with customers, helping them uncover opportunities for added value. He is also recognized as a resource in sustainability.
Insights into the Packaging Industry
One of the most interesting aspects of packaging for Greg is the complexity behind what may appear easy. “A bottle and a cap look to be very simple parts… yet there’s a lot of nuance and subtleties that go into it behind the scenes,” he explains. From engineering and production to labeling, shipping, testing and retail presentation, Greg appreciates the coordination required to bring a final package to life. “It’s time-consuming and complex even though the two components look incredibly simple.”
Impact on Customers and the Team
Greg’s approach centers on integrity, positivity and service. “I try to bring a positive spirit and a willingness to help. I stick to my word,” he says. “I want to do right by the people I work with.” His relationship-first mindset has earned him strong customer loyalty and referrals, as well as recognition within MJS Packaging.
Greg was recently inducted into the Flying J Club, celebrating his significant contributions to the company’s growth. He has also served on the Leadership Team for three years, supporting continuous improvement across the organization.
Greg describes himself simply: “I’m here to help. I’m here to be a resource for customers, prospective customers and internal customers.”

For Greg, success is straightforward: “A satisfied customer.” His focus remains on building trust and delivering solutions that meet customer needs today and in the long term. He displays entrepreneurship in exploring new packaging options with customers, from innovative dispensing applicators to custom lids.
Internally, Greg’s positive can-do attitude exudes a willingness to volunteer as an eager and cooperative team player. He helps our organization grow, often serving as a spokesperson and advocate for MJS Packaging initiatives.
